*The proposed registration fee includes: the content of the conference programme, digital proceedings of the conference abstracts, digital confirmation certificate, one field trip, welcome reception on first day, three lunches, five snack breaks, gala dinner (18.09.2024.) and a souvenir.
Delegates and Presenters: Online conference attendance registration fees are the same as in person attendance registration fees.
CANCELLATION TERMS :
Any cancellation should be notified in writing to Latvia Tours Ltd by e-mail on pco@con-ex.com. And will be subject to the following conditions :
- Before May 31st, 2024 : Refund of registration, less a 30% administrative charge.
- After May 31st, 2024: No refund of any kind.
